Son internalisation ainsi que l\u2019acquisition des dragues neuves Monts Mandara et Vigilance ont permis de r\u00e9aliser des performances notables et de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies hors normes\u00a0; soit environ 5 milliards par an.<\/p><p>La drague MV Vigilance, construite par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 IHC Holland BV, N\u00b01 mondial en construction des \u00e9quipements de dragage, est un \u00e9quipement de grande puissance destin\u00e9 aux travaux de dragage des quais et des darses.<\/p><p>La drague polyvalente Chantal Biya a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9e et modernis\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9e \u00e0 quai pendant 13 longues ann\u00e9es. Son entr\u00e9e en service va renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e du Cameroun sur le chenal d\u2019entr\u00e9e au Port de Douala-Bonab\u00e9ri. Et, bien entendu, permettre de d\u00e9cupler les performances en termes de dragage.<\/p><p>La modernisation du balisage est effective. Dans ce chapitre, il est \u00e0 noter l\u2019acquisition et l\u2019entr\u00e9e en service en 2021, du baliseur Dicka Mpondo Akwa.<\/p><p>De nouveaux engins de servitude (hors-bords) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis. Les remorqueurs de 25, voire 60 ans laiss\u00e9s dans un \u00e9tat de grande d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration par l\u2019ancien concessionnaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 neuf. Deux nouveaux remorqueurs sont en train d\u2019\u00eatre construits par DAMEN, r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mondiale. Ils arrivent bient\u00f4t au Port de Douala-Bonab\u00e9ri.<\/p><p>Une vedette de sondage hydrographique, \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un sondeur mono-faisceau bi-fr\u00e9quence pour les lev\u00e9s bathym\u00e9triques dans le chenal d\u2019acc\u00e8s au Port de Douala-Bonab\u00e9ri, a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 acquise. \u00c0 cette liste, s\u2019ajoute aussi des engins
