Laiss\u00e9e en \u00e9tat de d\u00e9cr\u00e9pitude par l\u2019ancien concessionnaire, cette plateforme se m\u00e9tamorphose gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ambitieux programme d\u2019acquisition, par le PAD \u00e0 travers sa R\u00e9gie du Terminal \u00e0 Conteneurs (RTC S.A), de nouveaux \u00e9quipements de manutention notamment.<\/p><p>Parall\u00e8lement, des travaux de r\u00e9novation et de d\u00e9veloppement de la plateforme des op\u00e9rations et d\u2019entreposage sont ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s au pas de charge dans le but de l\u2019arrimer aux normes internationales reconnues dans le secteur.<\/p><p>Les aires de stockage sont enti\u00e8rement pav\u00e9es. L\u2019acquisition d\u2019engins de manutention, la r\u00e9novation de ceux laiss\u00e9s en d\u00e9cr\u00e9pitude par l\u2019ancien concessionnaire et l\u2019installation de technologies de pointe, ont permis de moderniser et d\u2019augmenter les capacit\u00e9s et les performances. Le Terminal est op\u00e9r\u00e9 en RTG.<\/p><p>Le chiffre d\u2019affaires a connu un boum. L\u2019on est pass\u00e9 d\u2019un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 49 milliards en 2020 \u00e0 environ 60 milliards en 2024. Le projet d\u2019extension de ce terminal va entrer en phase de r\u00e9alisation en
