Elle s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du vaste programme de r\u00e9novation, de d\u00e9veloppement et de transformation du Port de Douala-Bonab\u00e9ri, engag\u00e9 par l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 portuaire depuis 2017.<\/p><p>Mis en \u0153uvre sous la forme d\u2019un partenariat public-priv\u00e9 de type BOT, le projet sera enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9 par le partenaire priv\u00e9, sans aval ni caution du PAD ou de l\u2019\u00c9tat du Cameroun. Il vise \u00e0 renforcer le dispositif de s\u00fbret\u00e9 portuaire, notamment en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9tection des objets prohib\u00e9s, de lutte contre les trafics illicites, les intrusions et les passagers clandestins.<\/p><p>La mise en service de cette brigade cynophile vient ainsi compl\u00e9ter les dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants, conform\u00e9ment aux recommandations de l\u2019Organisation Maritime Internationale (OMI), \u00e0 travers le Comit\u00e9 de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Maritime (MSC) et le Comit\u00e9 de Simplification des Formalit\u00e9s
